Continuous Ink System – Are they a good thing?

I bought an Epson printer and CX9400Fax while you are online for cheap ink, I found a few Ads for "Continuous Ink System". Some of them are as little as $ 70 I plan doing a lot of pressure. Perhaps a few hundred pages a month. Are these things worth considering? Are there any brands that I specifically avoided after, or?

Just to say, I bought a C120 CIS from InkRepublic.com and I'm very satisfied satisfied with both print quality and to support them. I am pleased with a set of replacement inks order and my costs are only 8% – 10%, as previously to pay for epson cart. It is a printer forum that has about 50K readers, many of them are with inkrepublic's sharp.
